was founded in 1997 in Viola, Kansas as National Telecom Service, Inc.  NTS was well known for providing quality sales and service for PBX phone systems from Avaya, Panasonic, Toshiba, Siemens, Mitel, NEC, and others; as well as cabling and paging systems. As time went on and cloud systems became more prevalent, we became one of the few providers who could still service the old PBX systems.  After a merger in 2021, we are now one of the country's premier providers of cloud-based communications systems.  As our business continued to evolve, the time was right to take National Telecom Solutions truly national. This would take some rebranding though; there are a lot of National Telecoms out there! So it was time for a fresh name that more accurately describes who we are now; thus our evolution into National Total Phone Solutions.
